Experience in a hotel or a related field required. Requirements: \* Past Marriott experience and FSPMS knowledge are a plus Excellent customer service experience required. Provide local information to guests regards attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Answer phones and questions as asked by the guest. Some of the other responsibilities of the positions are Checking guests in and out promptly, according to brand standard Reviewing reservations and assigning rooms based on availability, special requests, and hotel promotions. The individuals will be responsible for providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at check-out while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
